Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Solviva. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

All items can be returned within 30 calendar days upon delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, intact and in original packaging. Customized or personalized products are not returnable unless defective.

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service at kenzirobertson108@hotmail.com with your order number and return reason.
2. Wait for our approval and follow the return instructions we provide.
3. Send back the package via trackable shipping service.

Refund Rules:
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items caused by us.

Damaged & Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or faulty products, please contact us immediately with item photos and order number. We will arrange full refund or free replacement, and cover related shipping fees.

Exchanges:
We only support exchanges for defective or damaged goods.
